SKU: Flatmaster 2000L Category:

NUAIRE FLATMASTER 2000 PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) system introduces fresh air into the building continuously at a low rate. The fresh air dilutes the humidity in the building fighting condensation dampness and reversing indoor pollutants such as Radon gas and carbon monoxide creating a fresh and healthy indoor environment.

The Nuaire Flatmaster 2000L works on the same principle as the Nuaire Drimaster invented by Nuaire back in 1972. The Nuaire Flatmaster 2000 range has been designed to ventilate flats and homes without lofts, This particular model has an integral heater which is controlled by an internal thermostat and will temper the incoming air when required during very cold weather. There is also a standard Nuaire Flatmaster available with no heater.

The Nuaire Flatmaster 2000 is an attractive and compact unit can be fitted in a convenient location, such as a kitchen cupboard or hallway. The Nuaire Flatmaster 2000 can be ducted to a central location via multi-positional spigots which allow for quicker installation.

Features & Benefits:

  • Cures condensation dampness – PIV  is good for controlling dust-mite allergens and removes humidity from the air, preventing black mould growth (aspergillus niger).
  • Improves indoor air quality – Smells from cooking and cleaning are quickly banished by using the boost function and the unit keeps out other polutants such as  pollen and Radon gas.
  • Integral heater – fitted in Flatmaster 200 units to temper incoming air
  • Very low power consumption – These units run from as little as 5 watts
  • Simple installation – can usually be installed by your local electrician
  • Meets Part F and L of the Building Regulations – as a low-energy ventilation strategy
  • Very low maintenance – Filter only needs to be replaced during a service once every 18 months
  • 5 year manufacturers warranty – 1 year parts and labour, remaining 4 years parts only

Technical Specifications:

The Nuaire Flatmaster 2000L is designed to take fresh air from outside, filter the air, warm it and discharge it into the central hallway via a system of ducting. The unit is usually situated in a kitchen, airing cupboard or hallway, and is ducted to a central location. The interchangeable, multi-positional inlet/outlet spigots allow for quicker installation with only one external wall penetration.

The dwelling internal air discharge grille is usually installed at a high level in a central location within the hallway, although discharging the air down the length of the hallway (away from the front door) should also prove acceptable.

Nuaire Flatmaster 2000 unit performance may be enhanced if an existing heat source can warm the discharged air eg, by locating the discharge grille above a radiator.

The Nuaire Flatmaster 2000 has been designed to sit neatly on the walls of ground floor flats and homes without lofts.
